The Harvest Before The Frost
The cold would have destroyed the remainder of the crop, so the constant gardener went out and picked the rest of the tomatoes.
First Snow Of The Year
October 12th turned out to be a rather cold day. Among the cold gusts of wind were unusual fluries of snow that lasted throughout the late morning hours. We'd expect cold weather of this magnitude around the end of October, but this was certainly a surprise. Sorry, no pictures--there was no real accumulation.

Apple Tree
We bought it for $10.00 and planted it last summer (2005). We hope it'll grow some apples next year.
We Love The Smell Of Rosemary
We also have other herbs like Lemon Palm, Sage, Oregano, Parsley, and Dill.
Fish Growing
The two new additions to the pond are growing fast. The two new Koi we bought back in May 2006 were smaller than the commet fish, but now they're larger! See what happens when you feed your fish.

New Food for the Koi!
We decided to switch from pond stick to pellets. They don't seem to care either way. The fish just love to eat.
August 8th Harvest
Just look at those tomatoes harvested from our garden! We have to pick them quickly lest Mr. Rabbit comes by and starts nibbling.
